Credigo provides a platform for purchasing digital products including mobile airtime, data bundles, gift cards, digital wallet top-ups, and reward links. All products are delivered digitally via DT One's network.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Credigo. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
All orders are final once confirmed. Digital products are delivered instantly and are non-refundable unless the delivery fails. In the event of a failed delivery, we will issue a full refund within 5 business days.
You may not use Credigo for fraudulent transactions, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in prohibited activities.
Credigo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the transaction in question.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Credigo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
